Our Leadership Team

Pat and Dan met in college years before founding Nobler Works in 2025. After spending some time at AWS as a Federal Partner Solutions Architect, Pat knew how talented Dan was and asked him to be his co-founder. It turns out, that was a good bet.

Patrick Wiloak

CEO / Co-Founder / Architect / Designer

Ten years in technology, previously a Partner Solutions Architect at AWS across Federal, SLED, and Commercial. Holds 18 multi-cloud certifications, 13 of them AWS - including Solutions Architect Professional, Security Specialty, and Generative AI Developer Professional. Designs the architecture for every Nobler Works build and writes a good deal of it. B.S. in Information Systems and Operations Management from George Mason University. 5x marathon finisher, including Boston 2013 under three hours.

Daniel Casale

CTO / Co-Founder / Solutions Engineer

Full-stack engineer on the payments, billing, and build-economics side of every product we ship, and co-builder of IRONSIGHT, our open-source OSINT command center. Previously a Financial Advisor at Trace Trust and Marketing Consultant at Black Kite Games. B.A. in Information Technology and Informatics from Rutgers University. Holds CompTIA Security+, Google Cybersecurity, and AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications, plus Anthropic's Claude and agent-building credentials.
